Whether you're a regular participant or occasional visitor in one of the many communities participating in MouseFest, or just someone who loves Disney World, all are welcome to join us for this magical V.I.P. experience!

This year, instead of the Epcot Illuminations of the past, we are trying the "new" Magic Kingdom Wishes cruises. The cruise departs from the Wilderness Lodge marina.

Sunday, because of Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party, the boat will take a tour around Bay Lake before parking at the edge of the lake for the "perimeter fireworks show."  

The Boats
Each SunTracker "Party Barge" can hold 10 people max. The boats are very comfortable with padded seats, and the captains are knowledgeable and accommodating (sharing WDW trivia, supplying blankets if it's a chilly night, etc.)

NOTE: The boats are not accessible for wheelchairs or ECVs -- the entrance and aisles are too narrow and there is a lip at the entrance. Disabled persons must be able to stand up, walk a few steps, and step over the threshold.

The safety rules of the marina require that children have well-fitting life jackets.  Please let me know if the names and/or ages of your passengers change so we can make the proper arrangements.

Reservations & Payment
The cruises cost $30/US for all passengers of all ages. Park admission is not needed. Payment is due when you make your reservation, and can be paid by check or money order. If we do not receive your payment within 10 days, your seat(s) may be released for other cruisers. Refunds are only available if we are able to resell your seat(s).

When to Meet
All passengers should meet at the assigned marina by 8:45 PM on the night you are scheduled to sail. Hosts should arrive by 8:30 PM. Please check in with your Boat Host upon arrival. Wishes is scheduled to start at 10:00 PM and boats leave the dock approximately an hour before the fireworks start. 

If Disney changes their schedule and runs Wishes at a different time, I will notify you of the new times. (Please make sure I have your current email address!) 

Boat Hosts
Boat Hosts are designated in bold text, and each night's coordinator is designated in bold red text. Boat Hosts have minimal required duties (take a head count, tip the driver with money provided by Alicia), but are welcome to designate a name or theme for their boat and get as creative & involved as they wish.

Seats are VERY limited this year, so please let Alicia know if you are thinking about attending. At this point, we only have only THREE SEATS still available.
